Log in to your Instagram account, Click on the 3 lines ⇶ at the top right of your Instagram profile zone, then click on the Settings icon that appears down. Then click on Account

And click on Either Business account or Creators Account. And complete the switching.
 

The setup process will take you through a few screens to confirm the features of your creator account, select a category, and turn your contact options on or off.
